The public process boundary
The website supports recruitment actions; it does not make every decision.
Public vacancies, applications and staffing requests create structured records for review. A submission can be screened, clarified or progressed, but it does not by itself create employment, an assignment, a worker account, a response-time commitment or a placement guarantee.
Where a role progresses, checks should be proportionate to the work and handled through an approved route. The hiring organisation may have additional lawful, role-specific requirements.
Candidate and driver information
Relevant evidence can be requested and verified; Snap does not issue official entitlements.
- Identity and right to work: checked using an appropriate official route before employment where required.
- Driving entitlement: checked with permission through official DVLA information where the work requires driving.
- Driver CPC and training: reviewed against the role; official records and issuing bodies remain authoritative.
- Experience and suitability: considered against the position and information available.
Snap, hirer and worker responsibilities
Safe delivery depends on each party doing its part.
Snap recruitment process
Gather an accurate brief, explain known assignment facts, take reasonable steps around suitability and communicate material information through the agreed process.
Hiring organisation and site
Provide accurate duties, location, hours, risks, controls and requirements; manage the workplace, induction, supervision, equipment and safe system of work.
Candidate or worker
Give accurate current information, raise restrictions or mismatches, follow lawful site instructions and report concerns through the stated route.
Personal information and recruitment data
Recruitment information can be sensitive and should be limited to a genuine purpose.
The ICO describes data-protection obligations across recruitment and selection. Snap's public privacy information explains the website's published handling position. Sensitive evidence should only be requested when needed and shared through an approved process.
Do not send passwords. Do not post identity, immigration, licence, bank or health documents in public comments or unsolicited social messages.
Claims we are not making
Transparency includes saying what has not been evidenced here.
- No claim of ISO, Cyber Essentials, REC, GLAA or other certification or membership is made on this page.
- No claim that every role uses the same checks.
- No promise that a check, application or registration will result in work.
- No legal, immigration, tax, medical or road-safety advice.
- No transfer of employer, operator or workplace duties to the website.
Where a certification, membership or audit status is later published, it should be supported by current owner-approved evidence and a review date.
Raise a concern or correct information
Use the published route and include enough context to locate the record.
For a concern about an application, assignment, website process or personal information, use the contact page. Include the relevant reference and explain what you believe is wrong. Do not include passwords or unnecessary sensitive documents in an initial email.
For suspicious contact or payment requests, stop the conversation and use the safe recruitment page to verify Snap independently.
