To keep requests efficient and auditable, Snap routes each interaction into a dedicated journey:
- Portal users — Use the login route if you already have access to your client or driver portal. Go to portal login
- Hiring requests — Submit a staffing request through the public form so the team can create and track the brief. Submit a staffing request
- Find work — Candidates can browse open roles and begin the application journey from the jobs board. View jobs
What happens after contact
- The team records staffing requests and route-specific context for review.
- Portal users can continue in their secure environment after login.
- Candidate applications are handled in the public job flow and then routed for review.
